Modern meets whimsical at the Flager Museum

It wasn’t your typical Florida weekend ~ a winterstorm came to town and the palm trees were bending sideways. But with the Flager Museum being the wedding venue for Hayley and Jeff’s wedding, it did not matter at all. This incredibly beautiful and historic setting was the perfect place to entertain their guests. While the venue has a lot of old world charm, many of the favors and other touches of the wedding were quite modern and some of the couples’ artist friends were involved in making that happen.

Hayley’s headpieces by Twigs+Honey and Maria Elena
Dress: Vera Wang
Cake toppers : Lauren Alane
Stationary by: Studio on Fire

The bride herself is a talented paper artist, her work can be seen here.

A fitting fairytale wedding, for such a beautiful couple! Gorgeous pictures, gorgeous places, gorgeous people! (And such a handsome little yellow bow tied ring bearer, I assume!)

Oh my, this bride is beau-ti-ful! In the b&w portrait with her husband… she looks a lot like Angelina Jolie. Pretty, pretty, pretty.

All exquisite photos of a spectacular location. But my fave is your ability to capture how adorable the little birds atop the cake are! May sound silly I just find the essence of tiny subject matter can sometimes be difficult to capture. Bravo!
